We discuss the clients’ needs, personal tastes and how they will work within the space, so that we get a clear view of their hopes and aspirations for the property. This means we can create a totally unique layout and finish that suits the clients perfectly.
D E S I G N
Design and layouts are put together to fit the clients’ budget. 2D and 3D visualisation ensures clients have a clear understanding of the proposed schemes. Schemes are then revised where necessary, until the clients are completely happy and the project can be fully costed.
C O S T I N G
Nicola Scannell is very experienced in costing a project to give clients an accurate understanding of the scheme costs. We are skilled at working within budgets and ensuring that our clients are comfortable with their budget.
T H E B U I L D
We have teams of high quality, reliable architects, builders and tradespeople we regularly work with from the initial concept to the finished solution. Should the clients want to work with their own preferred architect or builder, we are very happy to work alongside them.
P R O C U R E M E N T
We use a range of trusted suppliers and obtain trade prices from high quality sources and suppliers for everything from fabrics to floor coverings. We can design bespoke furniture, kitchens, bathrooms, dressing rooms and libraries to suit the client and the property perfectly.
C O N S U L T A T I O N
We can advise on all stages of a build or refurbishment, from space design to furnishings. Some clients prefer to manage their own designs and just need guidance and advice. Half - day and full - day consultations rates are available on request.
